A vacancy has arisen for the post of the church caretaker.  The post involves preparing the premises for group meetings and in particular setting out for and tidying away after the Toddler group on a Tuesday and the Haven Group on Wednesday. It also involves opening the church for casual bookings for parties on Saturday and occasional midweek events.  The hours have a degree of flexibility which can allow the caretaker to combine the role with other activities.

In the past the caretaker also dealt with the administration of casual bookings. This part of the role could be reinstated for someone with the appropriate skills.

Payment is at the rate of £10.42 per hour. Hours vary but it involves about 4 to 5 hours a week. This would increase if bookings were also handled.
