Faith Alone- Sermon 20th October 2019

Reading:

Romans 3:21-31

In this sermon Rev. Bluett considers the term coined by Martin Luther, ‘by faith alone’. He looks at the ways the New Testament verses by Paul, about faith, have been translated throughout history and the impact of Luther’s reading of the original Greek word. He then explores the practical impact of the different understandings in the lives of believers.
