In his sermon this morning, our minister, Peter, spoke about our natural tendencies towards tribalism and the danger of tribalism becoming toxic. He looked at passages of scripture from Galatians and Luke which illuminate for us the alternative path of Jesus.

31/08/2014 sermon: Forgiveness, and the new humanity in Jesus Christ (Luke 10:25-37 and Acts 8:26-34)

In our Communion service on Sunday 31st August, our Minister Peter considered the Parable of the Good Samaritan, and the story of Philip and the Ethiopian Eunoch, along with the themes of forgiveness, and the new humanity in Jesus Christ.

02/06/13 sermon – The Parable of the Good Samaritan, and the issue of dignity (Luke 10:25-37).

On Sunday 2nd June 2013, as part of our All Age service, we considered the Parable of the Good Samaritan, and Peter then read the parable from Luke 10:25-37, and gave us a sermon which focused on the issue of dignity.
