Sermon Sunday 14 June 2020

Welcome to everyone from near and far tuning in to hear the message this Sunday morning. We are glad you are here.

Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise,
the city of our God, the holy place,
the joy of the whole Earth.
Great is the Lord in whom we have the victory,
he aids us against the enemy,
we bow down on our knees.

And Lord, we want to lift your name on high,
and Lord, we want to thank you,
for the works you’ve done in our lives;
and Lord, we trust in your unfailing love,
for you alone are God eternal,
throughout Earth and Heaven above.

    Another thoughtful sermon. Thank you, Peter. I liked all the references to walking with God (no doubt, one step at a time). When Jesus was here as a human He liked to walk a lot and I suspect He might have been difficult to keep up with. Maybe if we are not allowed to be together in church we could have a service where we all walk together and God would walk with us.

    Thank you for the opportunity again to be with you all today. Love to all at Newhaven, from Banbridge.
